By accessing or using ProRank ("the Platform"), operated by Provision, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, you may not use the Platform.

2. Description of Service

ProRank is a business reputation management and growth platform that helps businesses manage their online presence across Google Business Profile, Facebook, and Instagram. Our services include:

• AI-powered business growth consulting and roadmap generation
• Review management and AI-assisted review responses
• Social media content creation and scheduling
• Google Maps ranking optimization
• Competitor analysis and business health audits
• Magic QR code generation for review collection

3. User Accounts

You must provide accurate and complete information when creating an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.

4. Platform Connections

By connecting third-party platforms (Google, Facebook, Instagram) to ProRank, you authorize us to access and manage data on those platforms within the scope of permissions you grant. You represent that you have the authority to connect these accounts and grant us access.

5. AI-Generated Content

ProRank uses artificial intelligence to generate content suggestions, review responses, and business advice. While we strive for accuracy, AI-generated content is provided as suggestions. You are responsible for reviewing and approving any content before it is published on your behalf.

6. Coins & Credits

ProRank operates a coin-based credit system for certain features. Coins are non-refundable, non-transferable, and have no monetary value outside the Platform. We reserve the right to modify the coin pricing and feature costs at any time.

7. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use the Platform for any unlawful purpose
• Post fake reviews or misleading content
• Attempt to manipulate rankings through fraudulent means
• Interfere with the Platform's operation or security
• Access another user's account without authorization
• Use the Platform to spam or harass others

8. Intellectual Property

The Platform, including its design, features, and technology, is owned by Provision. You retain ownership of your business data. Content generated by our AI tools for your use is licensed to you for your business purposes.

9. Limitation of Liability

ProRank is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Platform. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the preceding 12 months.

10. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account at our discretion if you violate these terms. You may delete your account at any time. Upon termination, your right to use the Platform ceases immediately.

11. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify you of material changes by posting the updated terms on this page. Your continued use of the Platform constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.

12. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of competent jurisdiction in India.
